7 Medical Kit: disinfectant wipes, emergency blanket,bandages, antidiarrheal medicine, painkillers ( personal medicines if required), lip balm, sunscreen (SPF 50), medical adhesive tape or tape (kinesio tape recommended), sufficient for 7 days
8 Food with the minimum calorific value of 25,000 Kcal(104,600KJ), 2,000 Kcal (8368KJ) must be carried in the back pack after leaving each rest station. sufficient for 7 days
